Can we customize products according to our need?
Yes you can customize all Sophia Collection and some selected lines from French collection by choosing from a wide range of wood finishes and fabric options. Please note that all preorders will take up to 4 months to be customized and received.

Sophia Home use several different fabric options. Each type holds its own unique characteristics, from stain and fade resistance to strength and style.

Sophia Home offers you warranty of 10 years on all our mattress collection with any manufacture defect.
Proof of purchase is required in order to replace any mattress with manufacture defect.

You do not need to open an account to make an order with us, as you have the option to checkout as guest. However, it is best to create an account with us, as you will have an update from our side on each stage for your order. Yes, you can preorder any of Sophia Home products and your order will be delivered within 16 weeks from the billing date according to its availability & production. Please provide us with your contact number and our team will get in touch within 3 working days to assist you.

What is your payment process for preorders?
To make a preorder from Sophia Home you are required to pay 50% from the full amount as a down payment. Once your order is received to UAE, remaining balance should be paid 1 week prior to the delivery of the preorder.

How long does it take to receive my order and what is the delivery charge?

Do I need to pay for design consultation?
Our interior design consultation service is free of charge. However, 5000 AED fee will be applied as a down payment for furniture selection and mood board services. If the client decided not to complete the service after the payment was collected, the paid amount will be included as store credits under the client’s name with a validity of 1 year.

Can Sophia Home take the measurements of my space and how much does the site visit service cost?
Sophia Home skilled team is ready to visit your home and collect the measurement of your space.
500 AED fee will be applied for Site visits within Abu Dhabi.
1000 AED fee will be applied for Dubai, Alain, Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quawain Site visits.
If the client decided not to complete the service after the payment was collected, the paid amount will be included as store credits under the client’s name with a validity of 1 year.

Do you have Installation?
We offer free installation and assembly for all custom bed orders and customized mirrors. An additional charge will be applied for wallpapers installation. Please note that assembly and installation of chandeliers is not covered by Sophia Home.

Our showroom is open 7 days a week. Weekdays trading hours are 10:00AM – 10:00PM and Weekends trading hours are 10:00AM-00:00AM
Please note that trading hours may vary due to the holy month of Ramadan and according to UAE regulations for public holidays.

Do you have Storage?
Yes, Sophia Home offers free storage for 30 days from the purchase date.
However, for a maximum period of 4 months starting from the end of the 30 days, a daily charge for storage which is AED100 shall be applied. In case of exceeding the 30 days free of charge period, and not paying the storage fees, the invoice is subject to cancellation and the cost of storage will be charged and deducted from the paid amount.
